Our story

The story behind Anomalous Mind

Zippered project bags in a bright print
Inspired by nature and made to be used.

01 How it started

Making it unique, wonderful and all my own

I have associate degrees in Fine Art and Small Business Management. My dream is to one day open a community-oriented art studio and gallery that offers classes and a place for creative people to gather.

As an artist, I love to experiment: new media, new techniques, new styles. I start with an established technique, then alter it and change things up until I’ve transformed it into something unique.

My inspiration comes a lot from nature, both in design and in the idea of recycling: taking something that has run its course and turning it into something brand new. Like in nature, I try to make many of my pieces functional.
